3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website 24/7, subject to delivery availability.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
• We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Incorrect details may lead to delayed or failed deliveries.

4. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any meal, promotion, or product without notice.
• In the case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any affected orders.

5. Delivery

• Deliveries are available in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, and other areas of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver on your selected date.
• If no one is available at the delivery location, your order may be left at the door or returned, depending on the instructions provided.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, as meals are freshly prepared.
• Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns once the meals have been delivered.
• If there is an issue with your order (missing, damaged, or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll resolve it promptly.

7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we do our best to clearly list ingredients, our kitchen is not allergen-free. If you have any serious food allergies, please reach out before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, recipes, and design are the intellectual property of Halal Plates and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best service possible. However, Halal Plates shall not be held responsible for:
